Rod is a highly respected and experienced organisation development practitioner. He has worked with organisations in eight countries and is the Vice President of the International Organisation Development Association. In seeking to bring about changes in organisations in various parts of South African society Rod gained experience and lessons that have been widely applicable for leaders seeking to make significant changes to behaviour and culture in their organisations today.

As principal and owner of Salient Consulting he enjoys supporting leaders as they co-create human work environments where a person’s capability and potential is more likely to be engaged toward shared goals. Rod loves learning and is enthusiastic about teams and their leaders discovering ways of working together better.

Director  Scott is passionate about developing people by helping them reach career objectives aligned to their organisation’s purpose. By identifying and developing talent, Scott loves helping people become effective leaders.

An outdoor adventurer and rock climber, Scott met his wife in California while they were both climbing in the iconic Yosemite National Park. In 2010, he followed his entrepreneurial spirit and became a founding director of successful indoor recreation business Pulse Climbing. He has worked across a range of industries including community development, leadership consulting, mining, manufacturing, logistics, sport and recreation, adult education and agriculture.

Director     From Malaysia to Antarctica, in boardrooms, and coal mines, Sam has conducted profiling assignments in some of the most diverse locations on Earth. He is passionate about helping people find roles that are a good fit now and what they might achieve in the future through a deeper understanding of their own potential.

Father of two, Sam started his professional career as a lawyer, working in policy, in-house legal, regulatory affairs and culture change in the Middle East and Australia before starting his own culture and leadership consultancy Resilience Partners in 2013.
